This minicourse will consist of three lectures with the following subjects:

1.  Scaling limit of the Bethe Ansatc equations for the critical XXZ 
spin 1/2 chain;

2.  Exact Bohr-Sommerfeld  quantization condition;

3.  T- and Q-operators and their scaling limit.
